Down Town Drunk

This dt boozer and / or bum was hilarious the other day "talking" to people as they waited at a same place as him. This guy has a funny voice and way of talking, kind of high-pitched and casual, relaxed... You just know that his store bought coffee cup was filled with liquor! Walking some bike with his friggin' really over sized jacket , bigger probably than in the drawing I just did.
